Houndstooth Outfit

I bought this fabric 3 years ago.  3 years.  

But finally, last weekend, I made it.  There ended up being some extra fabric, so I made a crop top to go with it.  It's a bit too showy for work, which is what I wanted to make the skirt for, but it's still cute.

So glad I can say that it is done!

    Wow, it looks gorgeous. When I first saw it on the mannequin, I thought, "Huh, not sure if I like it," but it looks AWESOME on you. Ha, apparently I'm not a good judge of clothes on the rack.

      Thank you!!! Also it not being ironed on the mannequin doesn't help...bahahah. That crease down the middle kills me every time I see it. Should have ironed...
